Table
Assistant uses touch screen handsets to provide table based
entry of information on the gaming floor. The handsets allow
entry of fills/credit requests, closing float figures, soft
count, hourly results, table drop, and security warnings.
Player Tracking information can be passed to Player Tracking
Assistant including time at table and average bet using the
Table Assistant handset. With links to external devices such
as electronic chip trays, chipping machines, card shuffling
machines and wheel readers.
By linking with these external devices, information such as
staff performance can be calculated. Also the compilation
of results becomes much quicker process. The link with chipping
machines provides accurate turnover figures for each player.
Links
with electronic chip trays produce automatic float calculations
and win/loss per staff member relating to staff performance.
Float differences between user input and the electronic
chip tray calculations are recorded as well as alarms that
register tray tampering.
