Slot Assistant allows users to perform slot counts, fills, credits and meter readings for estimates of the win/loss and produce reports and forecasts of each machine performance. Slot Assistant can be run stand-alone or can be linked to our other products such as Cage Assistant. It can also interface with external devices such as radio frequency handsets and coin counting machines. Currently the system is available in three different configurations. It can be configured as an off-line slots system or semi on-line via the use of handheld devices to enter slot meter information. It can be configured for a single site, or could be used to provide central reporting of slots for a group of sites.

  Slot Assistant Details

Slot Machines can be set up individually on the system by the user and be defined by their name, manufacturer, serial number and floor position.

Our Slot Management System includes features such as current and previous meter readings, jackpot and cancel credit information and general Slot machine information such as manufacturer, game type, floor position etc. This information will then be used as the basis for several analysis reports to assist the Slot Manager to maximize the revenue generated for the casino.

Machine count information is recorded, such as coin in and coin out meter readings and cash received. Machine fills and short payouts are also recorded. In the event of a faulty meter, meter changes can also be entered. Machine results and variances are achieved through this information and a slot report can be produced.

The Machine Count screen is where all hard count figures for each machine are entered. This screen has 3 tabs, the Count tab is where the cash received in the count is entered and can be broken down by denomination. The Meter Readings tab is where each meter reading relevant to the machine and the count is recorded. The Transactions tab displays all slot machine transactions such as fills, short-pays, and cancel credits relevant to the count.
