Player Tracking Assistant is designed to analyse and assist in the targeting of the casino's most valuable asset, their players. Incorporating EndX's marketing tools Player Tracking Assistant allows easy creation of promotions, from simple mail-shots to multi-event campaigns. As with all of EndX's applications Player Tracking Assistant is completely scalable from a small single-site casino to a large multi-site casino group.

To provide comprehensive player analysis Player Tracking Assistant gathers information from Club Assistant, TableLink™/Pit Assistant, Slot Assistant and Catering Assistant. This analysis assists the casino in targeting and rewarding the more valuable players. Whether the reward is point-based, voucher-based or simply issued complimentaries Player Tracking Assistant has the flexibility to cope with any demand.

Player Tracking Assistant was originally designed as a back-office tool but overtime has developed to be equally at home in the heart of the gaming floor. The Player Profile screen is the natural starting point of any management request. Combining, as it does, the player's general information with their table and slot play details. Instant summary information is available, including bonuses earned and redeemed, for several periods.

One of the most powerful functions of Player Tracking Assistant is the marketing and promotions section. Based upon EndX's report generation tool and wizard, Player Tracking Assistant can be used for a simple mail shot up to a full-scale multi-event campaign. Utilizing links to Microsoft Word, it is a simple operation to turn the criteria into a mail shot letter. The campaigns can be used to monitor any expenses incurred, including the issuing complimentaries to the players associated with the promotion event. The marketing section also includes a contact management system to aid managers in their quest to provide added value for the players.

Player Tracking Assistant's back office functionality allows for full table player tracking, applicable only when additional products are not used. The casino can choose to record several combinations of figures including Drop, Result, Time at Table, Buy In/Cash Out, etc. Alternatively, the casino can allow the system to compute certain figures, for instance if Buy In and Cash Out figures are recorded then the system can calculate the player's Result. The standard reports will automatically be reformatted, to reflect the recorded/calculated information. In addition, some report options will be unavailable if the casino chooses not to record that particular piece of information, for example the casino may not record the actual table a player was on and settle instead for the game type the player is playing. In this scenario, reports would be available for the biggest Roulette players but statistics for the effectiveness of tracking on AR01 compared to the actual drop and result would not be available.

Grading of players can be a time consuming task that needs to be completed on a periodic basis to ensure that casino is maximising the cost/benefit ratio of correctly rewarding their players. Player Tracking Assistant can take the strain out of this task and provide a daily review of players' grades to maximise the cost/benefit ratio. The re-grading of players can be based upon Drop, Player Turnover or Casino Theoretical Win. If the player hits the required levels on one or more visits, they will be upgraded at the next review. Players must maintain these levels over a definable period or face being downgraded. Players who visit the casino on an infrequent basis, and therefore may suffer from the downgrading process, yet should be treated as VIP the casino can be marked exempt from the automatic grading process. The casino can then assign the appropriate grades manually to this category of player.
