The Pit Assistant has been designed as a hybrid application to provide table and player/staff information to both Pit Bosses and Management. Pit Assistant provides gaming floor staff information on and enter data for regarding players and tables in addition to the ability to process transaction requests to the Cash desk automatically. As well as providing the functions for opening/closing a table, requesting a fill/credit for a table and recording hourly results, Players can be signed on to the individual tables via the Pit Assistant. Once Pit Assistant has added the player to the table then the subsequent player gaming data can be either input manually or be captured by individual table devices.       Pit Assistant provides reporting for individual players current buy-in/cash out position, combined for both table and cash cage transactions.     Pit Assistant can analyse individual staff performance. The information gained from linking to table displays and electronic shufflers are used to produce reports, which can highlight possible slow game speed. Reports identifying dealer drop / turnover average per game are available.
