Assistant is the definitive player registration, membership
and reception system. As with all the EndX modules it is scalable
from a small single-site casino to a large multi-site group.
The module is totally configurable to the casino's requirements
with a few simple set-up options. Club Assistant incorporates
imaging, ID/Passport scanning, card printing, promotional
sales, fast group reception entry, visitor statistics/analysis
and player/responsible gaming restrictions. Unlike many similar
products, Club Assistant incorporates a powerful reporting
and marketing wizard. The wizard enables an easy interface
for report generation, campaign and promotions management
and mail-shot printing.

The
players' details can be entered at a reception area,
and/or in a back office. This ensures that sufficient
information is captured quickly in order that a player
can enter the casino, or receive their bonus card,
and start gaming. This process allows connection to
passport readers in order to gather the basic information
direct from players' passports and ID cards. Definable
categories and interests allow the casino to record
the information that will better target future marketing
promotions.
Simple
photo imaging, capture from a video camera, allows
for secure identification of players, through out
the EndX application suite. In order to minimise the
growth of the casino's data storage requirements all
images are compressed prior to storage.
Where
a reception is in operation a simple swipe of the player's
card ensures the fastest possible entry to the casino.
Security is maintained by the displaying of the player's
image and address details. Should a player fail to present
their card the casino can quickly perform a name-based
search in order enter the player into the casino. The
multi-image screens supplement any name-based search
by offering the images of all matches to the name search;
this ensures that mistaken identities are practically
eradicated. Club Assistant offers a full audit of visits
and any amendments to a player's record, such as lost
cards.
ID
can be recorded and scanned so that the image of the
ID document can be held on the database. Club Assistant
can maintain several ID checking rules to ensure acceptable
ID forms are used and to deny entry to the casino for
any player who has failed to provide the relevant ID.
Age restrictions are also enforced including based upon
nationality, where tourists are subjected to lower restrictions
compared to local nationals.
One
of the most powerful functions of Club Assistant is
marketing and promotions section. Based upon our own
report generation tool and wizard Club Assistant can
be used for a simple mail shot up to a full-scale multi-event
campaign. Utilizing links to Microsoft Word, it is a
simple operation to turn the criteria into a mail shot
letter. The campaigns can be used to monitor any expenses
incurred, including the issuing of complimentaries to
the players associated with the promotion event. The
marketing section also includes a contact management
system to aid managers in their quest to provide added
value for the players.
