Door Security and Access Control Options
   
 
  As an added module option EndX are able to offer Door Security and Access control for your site. Members can access your club through any allocated door using card swipe and/or pin activation control. Access can automatically be granted directly from within the Club Assistant package.

These entries can be limited to times and days of the week. The visit of the member will automatically be recorded within Club Assistant. For staff security access can be audited and restricted to doors within your club. Along with door security is the facility to link to turnstiles. This allows a club member to enter the premises with little or no-interaction with the reception desk. This leaves reception staff free to control enquires and guests. As members enter the club surveillance are able to monitor the members and the entrance they used. Using additional cameras and audio equipment surveillance will be able to monitor all your door access areas.

   
 
 
Series 2 Controller £ Call
  The controller unit is designed for either single or multiple linked door applications (up-to a maximum of 32 doors). This information is shared across a network linked at one central point to an EndX terminal. The Club Assistant software will communicate with the controller allowing access to zones for members or staff . Suspended or resigned members are automatically withdrawn access to all entrances. The controller in-turn communicates with Door Expansion Units. The following door expansion units are available.

  The combined card and PIN reader enhances security of your club. The unit can be configured to perform 3 possible combinations
   
 
Members can swipe their card to enter the club
Members forgetting cards can enter their unique member number
For additional security members can be requested to swipe their card and then enter a personal
  number before access is granted

For MANUAL entry of members where members and/or staff have forgotten their access cards or PIN Numbers the audio/visual entry system can act as a secondary device. The vandal resistant door entry panel is complete with integral camera and infrared lighting. A handset monitor enables two way conversations for audio and visual identification of the caller. Access can then be allowed by pressing the door release button on the handset.
